Well, they are just covers. They don't exactly represent what happened in the manga but most of the time they fit the theme of the volumes.

So here's what the actual cover is gonna look like. Not sure which I would have liked better.
The previous one had a sense of camaraderie and strength, here it's more "We're so screwed." which is just as fitting I suppose.

You know, I've only noticed recently how the squad members are progressively left out; Reiner, Bert, Annie and Marco (?).

I wonder if Eren/Jean will be the only 2 left at some point, because they're positioned at the center 'o'

Jean and Connie do have a decent amount of plot armour points, I think it's a safe assumption.
Armin too, as his intelligece and wits would make him vital for the future of the SC.

Eren, for me, is up in the air whether not he'll make it to the end.

Would be nice touch if Eren and Jean were the only ones left standing at the ending (excluding Armin as he doesn't have a spot on there).
I mean, they are parallel to eachother and started off as polar opposites. Maybe it could allude to something, but I'm grasping at straws at this point.
