Finally some character development for Raiden, hopefully his flashback makes him more likable

Shova really is a weak ass god lmaohe got thrashed at the end, if that’s Raiden’s “last resort” I can see Shiva powering up one last time and killing him

Its either that or this fight ends up being a tie

Looks like a great chapter. I thought the fight would be more even now. But despite his dance Shiva is getting overpowered .

Tbh this fight seemed very one sided from the beginning, Raiden was literally owning shiva from the start when Shiva used tandava all it did for Raiden was to get him serious.

Yeah that would mean Raiden is very strong as well, in fact I might say he's the strongest warrior pr humanity till this point in terms of pure brute strength, no wonder why he was choosen to fight the Godfather Zeus

yeah, i am not dissing raiden per se, I just say that Shiva has been reaaaaaaaaaally underperforming.

If Indian people already got mad at Fate Grander Order, imagine if they read shuumatsu

I feel like that would be cool and also leave a nice place for the audience and us to be

Humanity back to despair again, but knowing they CAN win, and came very close in the last one
And the gods back to winning, but fearfull, since even Poseidon and Hercules died, and Shiva paid a very heavy price (3 arms)

Full Raws link, quite a big chapter and double chapter in next issue.
This another great thing of the manga and that is even in a single chapter it gave a proper backstory and made Raiden a likeable character

This was a pretty good chapter, the quality has picked up near the end. It's been a while due to the focus on Shiva, but Raiden is respectable, given how he's taking this seriously and wrestled for his family and village. His forbidden move was no joke. Tho simple, it was drawn well with him manipulating his muscles to channel energy throughout his body to land a devastating blow, Zeus-esque.

Also, the image of Shiva’s arms flying off, when Shadowlord enters the thread…
Me:

So next month we're getting a double chap for the climax, exciting. Raiden still has more forbidden moves left, so Shiva should have something left too, as a one-armed dance ain’t cutting it. Also, I expect Rudra to call out to him, reinforcing his last words to him when they last fought. It's gonna be a nail-biter for sure.
