Punpun is nice from what I got from it´s reviews, it´s just a refreshing POV on the sports series as a whole, which many do underlook.

I'm gonna read Punpun a bit further before voting. Slam Dunk is great, but Punpun is pretty darn great too so far. Feel free to try to win over my vote, whichever side you're on.

From what I've heard Slam Dunk is a great manga and got people into basketball in Japan.

Punpun is great too, and yes you need to read on. Not sure where you are up to but the story changes a bit after a particular event, and it goes down a 'surreal' road, leading up to the final stages of the manga which are pretty hard to forget.

Interesting... Inoue's simplistic pictures with flawless detail Vs Inio's overcharged pictures with beautiful details flowing within harmony.

Gotta go with Slam Dunk, because it isn't just a bagpack of feels, it's a message that displays teens psyche living life on this challenging society, using sports as a tool... but it is more of a bagpack xD
