Question Spam or not?

Can someone please tell me the following link is considered as spam or not? If it is then why?

When new users post links, the system may see it suspicious and unapprove the posts for moderator check, in fact this is a common problem on MH and other forums. In your case, the links looked like an advertisement of an online reader, thus spam but in further review, it doesn't seem to be the case and the link is allowed. Keep in mind that the system may still unapprove links automatically for your first few posts, it's by design.
