World Building: in this webtoon the first thing they shown is the hierarchy in the school you can think of the school as a country or a state where the bullies is like of murim and the normal citizens are the non murim citizen.
Combat: the combat style in this webtoon are easy to follow and its good to read explanation on how to counter.
Verdict: 8/10 i may be biased because of Holyland and Breaker but if you love martial arts in a modern setting this is the next big thing. And if you're a Breaker fan and waiting for Season 3 *knock on wood* this webtoon is a good place to ease that breaker withdrawal

Long story short its basically Breaker. The Master Cat/Hamster Mujin is Nine Arts Dragon, Yushin is Shioon and the first tech Mujin teach? Is called Lighting Strike has the same effect as Soul Crushing Strike. So yeah Breaker.
