King of Fighters was the first fighting game I liked to play due to its characters cool design,
teams of three fighters and other genre innovations at that time. So I wanted to do a thread
about this particular game.
On this thread you can discuss about the games, best/worst characters, stories, future
releases, side-games (Maximum Impact; Snk vs. Capcom, etc), animated adaptations, etc.

I'm fairly new to the KOF series. I remember playing one of the older games, but I don't remember which one. I know it was for the Dreamcast.

While I do own KOFXIII, I've yet to play it, but I am digging the videos of high level play.

When I jump into it, my team will be Terry, Kyo, K' (throw Iori in there as well. I like the cool looking characters in this game)

As far as that list goes, I can only answer favorites at the moment.

Favorite Male: Kyo, K'
Favorite Female: Mai, King (Not fimilar with all the females yet)

Man, I really need to start playing this game, but most of my time has been on SSF4: AE (still learning).
