Its the opposite here in the year round warm tropics.

There are invasive trees everywhere (umbrella, octopus, etc) that grow like weeds which can't be killed without uprooting or poison.

Some of the trees I cut down twice. The second time all the way down to the ground and they still regenerate.

This entire land mass could be covered in invasive plants and trees eventually as most aren't aware of the danger.
