That's true, definetly need some cooking skill to unleash the potential. By default it's kinda tasteless.

I like both, but ofc if they are in different kind of dishes. they are daily food and cheap as well here.

have you tried tahu, Indonesian version of tofu? it's less softer than tofu, and there are many versions too

I haven't, not available here. But this one Finnish company makes "noble tofu" which is half soy and half flava beans. Making it really firm and has more inherent flavour to it. I like that lot.

@GrySun no the anatomy of those muscles, the shape of the leg itself/prospective everything.s wrong, the leg behind looks like it.s his tail or smth, the way his body should be bent from the waist would not make the legs position like that possible

Really want to learn how to prepare tofu properly, but it always tastes better when someone else does it haha. Maybe its time to put in more effort
