I repeat, the spy has been active since the first chapters, see the attack on the USJ, if at the time Toga had no ties to the LOV, how did they get the info?

As already mentioned, the timeline doesn't match up. She can't be a spy for the League if he hadn't joined the League when information started getting compromised.

Also, for Toga to infiltrate UA she has to replace a student or teacher. Which means that person is dead, missing, or has reported being attacked. And, if the original person is dead or missing, Toga has to account for all her time away from UA such as her impersonating Camie, playing gangster in the Overhaul Arc, spending over a month in the middle of nowhere fighting Giganto with the League, and healing after being injured at Deika City.

Yes, Toga infiltrated another hero school, but that school hadn't taken precautions against the League of Villians and the person Toga replaced is an airhead. That's the point. She couldn't very well get pass UA's defenses so she got Deku's blood that way.

Pretty much, whoever is leaking information has been around since shigaraki attacked the school with that first noumo... Toga joined the league much later than that. Of course, it is entirely possible toga has been using her ability to spy on a lot of people since then.
