My top varies a lot for which character I enjoy writing more, and right now is Noah and J.J.
Noah was someone I started liking because a close friend of mine loves to draw him and J.J. just has a really cool design and Atobe deserves to be thrown of a cliff sometimes! LOL

This is alot harder than I expected, I have so many personal favorites
Ryoga - Loved his character + backstory, can't wait to see him shine and I'm personally hoping he's the best player in the tourney/world atm and going to become the main rival after the World Cup
Zaizen - I really liked his look, and when i first watched the series I always thought he was going to be a "star" player. Thinking back I swear they had alluded to this.
Byodoin - Has one of, if not the best move sets in the series. LOVE Pirates of the World!!
Sanada - Eye patch and black jersey OOOOH BBABY, Only wish black aura was as hype as I hoped when it was first teased.
Yukimura - I like OP characters, and boy did they do it right with Yukimura initially, hoping for his surgery to happen and gain more moves beyond Y-I-P-S. Something flashy is needed.
Rhinehart - I can't wait to see how he plays, I'm hoping he's no pushover and shocks us all!. Love his look and style PLUS DAT CADDY baby HYPE
Ochi - The doubles match entirely changed my opinion on him, I'd say he's better than where he ranks (top 5). His hair is life!
Shiraishi - Waiting for his OP power up, Zeus match left me with bad taste but it is too soon for a bunch of the middle schoolers to be HS level
Atobe - Some of the best named moves in the series imo, love the ice theme.
Krauser - MAN WAS I HYPED WHEN I SAW THE CRUCIFIXION, really wish his character was expanded more since he chose to stay in japan

2. Yukimura Seiichi - def one of the strongest mser. Even if he doesnt use yips he is strong already
3. Echizen Ryoga we dont really know his strength yet, its a mystery and making us very curious about him
4. Bunta Marui - he is among the strong players as expected fron Rikkai dai. Im glad he got more screen time now.
5. Tokugawa Kayuza - our coolest court 1 boi and I like his closeness with Ryoma
6. Niou Masaharu - The lastest chapter can explain how awesome he is.
7. Shuji Tanegashima - no. 2 first stringer whi hates planes, oh boy can return all shots
8. Tooyama Kintarou - great potential, def a rival of Ryoma
9. Fuji Shusuke - I guess we all love Fuji
10. Atobe - amazing character development, and gets better each day.

1. Shusuke Fuji
   He was my favorite in the original series and still is. I hope he gets a high profile match in the near future.
2. Houou Byoudouin
   I love his pirate theme and his world techniques. His personality is great too.
3. Masaharu Niou
   This guy was my favorite of the Rikkai Dai Fuzoku guys in the original series but here he's godly. I don't know how else to describe it. Puri.
4. Keigo Atobe
   Gotta love the protagonist of NPOT.
5. Seiichi Yukimura
   I wasn't too fond of him in the original and tbh I was rooting for Sanada to win in the elimination matches. However, I liked that he's still portrayed as very strong and his Genjutsu technique is great. Moreover, his development in the exhibition match was very good.
6. Kunimitsu Tezuka
   He was my very first favorite character, so my bias my put him a bit high lol. I liked his development in the early chapter but it's time for a real game for him.
7. Ikuto Kimijima
   Love this shady guy!! Also he was voiced by Kei Hosogai in the anime and that gives him a lotta points in my book.
8. Duke Watanabe
   This guy is ridiculous, I love it. Also, Duke Home Run is my favorite new technique in Shin.
9. Atsukyo Tohno
   I dunno why but I find this crazy guy very funny. There's a lot of creativity in his techniques too.
10. Kintarou Tooyama
    I was torn between him, Akaya and Tanegashima. He'll definitely have one more moment to shine!

Wow. Yagyuu. I am also curious about his strength. He always beat Niou. And far as I know besides the intentional loss in rikkai vs kraussers team, Yagyuu is undefeated. He and Niou is also undefeated in doubles.
