So my 1 and 2 are the same as the overall 1 and 2... let's see if they come in the same order as well.

And yeah, Akashi was uninteresting to me. Really underwhelming "final boss" of the series to me.

I liked Akashi more after the movie, but still only more than Kagami and Murasakibara. Unlike Orgz I don't think he was underwhelming as a final boss, his power was strong and threatening enough. It's just that, with how secret he was kept til the end, it would be hard to justify the secrecy and all the cool scary sneak-peaks at him until the last seasons.

So yeah I think he's decent but compared to the other 4 not as interesting.

Meanwhile Midorima barely went above Kise for me, which is less a feat by Midorima and more a bad thing about Kise, but I'll get to that after Kise shows. Midorima himself has my favorite power perhaps, the super accurate shots from anywhere would actually be super broken in RL, like just make a body-shield with the other 4 players in the team around him and keep throwing the ball for 3s.
I also liked his personality, with how he's really quite the tryhard despite the very serious and noncaring seeming attitude.

I don't like Midorima much compared to the other GoM members. His superstitious side was a bit annoying at times.

His ability was so broken he never got into the zone .
