On the 34th of Young Jump we learn about two news concerning Tetsuya Saruwatari

-The first : Tough will be entitled to a mini spin-off of three chapters published in Young Jump # 37-38 (09/08), # 39 (23/08) and # 40 (30/08). This spin-off has provisionally Devils x Devil.
Relating to history, it takes place in Paris and will take place in the near future. In it a virus that can destroy humanity, is vaporized in the city. People go crazy and to survive, they are forced to fight. The hero of this spin-off, Kiriyû, Kiichi's uncle, now in Paris, will participate in Survival.

-The second: The author will begin a new serie in late September, probably in the 44th issue on sale September 27. Against by any information on this new serie. It is not known yet whether it will be an original work or when a series related Tough.

So I finally got around to checking the status of this manga being translated and was shocked to find out that "Endless Abyss" (the group that translated this btw) had disbanded...guess that explains the lack of chapters....right now Illuminati scans is finishing the original tough so maybe they'll pick up where EA left off *crosses fingers*

I hope so this wait is killing me been years since I loved a manga like this one. I will prolly re read it when the scans come out hopefully soon.

So I skipped a "couple" of chapters and am reading the last volume. Who exactly is that white haired old guy mirroring Kiiichi so much?

This man is the biological father of Kiichi and the curren keeper of Yugenshinkagery.What we see in the last two volumes, is the struggle between the two rival schools that are Nada and Yugen.
