Not very different from the Kallavan fight. Jinsung is CC tier but not among the strongest, he needs to rely on the Dragon Tiger Gate to punch above his weight class. It's his sole win condition.

Summary by Lens:

-The title of the chapter is Ha jisung vs Dumas

-Dumas doesn't know Ha Jisung personally.

- Since Richemont was ordered not to antagonize Baam, he doesn't want to fight, but HJ insists on taking the book, so he tells Dumas not to kill them.

- HJ says that dumas spear is capable of destroying the body of an HR and he can't stop it with just physical strength, so he uses the flow of shinsoo to destroy them.

-Dumas hasn't been active for a long time, so his rating has started to drop, but he's strong enough that all 10 families mention him.

-Ha Jisung's arms are still injured. That's why he wants to end the fight soon.

But that doesn't take away Jisung's merit, until today, there were few able to destroy Karaka's armor completely, so we can assume that Dumas' defenses are even greater, and HJ literally broke the guy at that level in half.
