Doom complains their attacks aren't connecting because of the lighthouse barriers.
Robadon has heard about Cha's strength and in order to avoid casualties on their side he gave him a dangerous role of breaking through PB defences and engaging with their high rankers. All other troops are to stay within their lightbearers protection.
The deflected beam that Yama countered was heading towards transport ships which presumably are carrying beastkin.
