Türkçe - Turkish Language
Turkish Alphabet with approximate sounds. Needless to say, you would have to actually hear them to get it correct.
Characteristics of Turkish
No grammatical gender: Rest easy, you won't have to assume his/her/its gender with Turkish
Phonetic: Once you learn the alphabet, you can pronounce every word you come across.
Vowel harmony: https://turkishteatime.com/turkish-grammar-guide/vowel-harmony/
SOV Word order: Subject-object-verb
Agglutinative: Different meanings can be created by adding pieces to a given word
An example of agglutination
ev - house
evler - houses
evlerim - my houses
evlerimiz - our houses
evlerimizden - from our houses
Another example
kahve - coffee
kahvesiz - without coffee
kahvesizler - those without coffee
kahvesizlerden - from those without coffee
kahvesizlerdenmiş - I gather he/she/it was from those without coffee
