What diff does Shanks manage to push an EOS Luffy to ?

Just going by pure headcanon, basing on vague portrayals.
EOS Luffy high diffs Shanks.

I could consider Shanks to be on the high end of Yonko tier. I think he can give a high diff to Roger.
EOS Luffy would be slightly stronger than Roger IMO, so same diff.

Old WB in Marineford (i.e old WB without meds for days) couldn't use conqueror's haki.

Old WB in meds has conqueror's haki relative to Shanks, since they split sky. This WB also has always on observation haki allowing him to no diff Ace in his sleep.
It is this WB who is considered the world's strongest pirate/WSM.

Even his crewmates hadn't seen WB as weak as he was in Marineford, as evidenced by Marco's monolouge. Because WB is always in his meds, or at best off his meds for a few hours (like when sparring with Ace). He is never off his meds for days.
So whenever marines/pirates see WB, they see the WB who split sky with Shanks, who has always on (advanced) observation haki in sleep etc. Hence WSM

shanks doesn't get to luffy EOS zoro who is superior to mihawk, who in return is more skilled then shanks wins. shanks exteme diffs mihawk and is in returned extreme diffed or draws with EOS zoro at worst.
