Help Wanted What is the Japanese Highschool Timetable

Hey there, I'm writing some romance manga stories and I need some help figuring out what the daily high school curriculum is in Japan, including school club times, to make it more realistic. I need a timetable of classes and break periods plus what they would study on a daily basis if anyone knows. Thank you for your help.
