try to eat healthy :3 avoiding saturated fat, excessive sugar&salt, MSG, preservatives; eating fiber, vitamin, antioxidant, immune-booster, -rich foods. I dont really workout so all I can do is these.
since I have gastric ulcer, I eat at 5AM, 12PM, 7PM and snack at 9AM, 3PM, 9PM. all in small portion. avoiding spicy, hot, acidic foods. eat enough veggies and fruits, not too much, not too few. sometimes take up vitamin pills when I dont eat fruits, maybe one take per 3 days. also changing what I eat and drink alternately, periodically - if I have enough chickens, I stop and eat other food etc. in other words, I watch my diet
