Hi guys, I'm a Physical Education here on my country, Brazil, where we love sports (ok, most people only loves soccer), and I really would like to know what kind of activities are you guys praticing, if any.

I'm a triathlete, and besides running, swimming and biking, I also go to the gym and play my favorite sport once a week, basketball. WAIT. What kind of brazilian I am? I do love soccer, but basketball is my passion.

Also, once a week I pratice dance, mainly a american style, west coast swing. Also know to dance samba, bolero, salsa and forro (a brazilian kind of music)

Also, would like to share: mangas and animes were important to develop myself, as my favorite manga of all time is Slam Dunk.

So, I would love to read whatever kind you do or want to do. Just share!

i usually find some videos on youtube and practise at home, often its legs exercises
Nice! But don't forget to do your warm up, as our muscles need it before we start any activity.

I started working out about 4 years ago now, in order to put on some mass and just improve my lifestyle and most recently I've picked up yoga and I also do some bouldering once in a while, just to mix it up a bit.

Wow. You do it in a gym or in the nature? Quite a challenge!

Yeah, my best friend and her partner do that. I couldn't. Having a fear of heights makes it hard enough to climb, let alone doing it outside.

I walk 2 miles everyday

I practice basketball, tennis, and boxing.

I do wall-climbing at least 4 times a month. There are times when I go hiking with my colleagues as well. If time permits I also try off-road driving.
