Fun Thread What made you happy today?

So had a long day today, non stop rain day and the job kept on adding clientele.
Got super frustrated at somepoint in the evening and snapped. Went off on the office lady expressing my displeasure (in an angry manner but nothing offensive) and hung up the phone whilst they were talking.

Mumbled a few curse words and here there infront a client (hopefully they didn't hear that due to the mask). They didn't say much.... so probably a good sign there.

And finished the day happy due to the venting.

Having the people I love and care about being healthy made me very happy and grateful.

Giving this a bump - so just revived my valentines day presents and thus the happiness went up on a viral level.
Apparently the post office delivered the package to the wrong house and someone brought it over. [still have faith in humanity - ]
Due to privacy reasons, can not share any pics but let me just say - sometimes the wait is worth it.

Got [almost all] my Akira books back today

... almost, as he has lost book 2 (and the latter half of my Hellsing books also)


Still, happy to have yet another excuse to read through it all again

Whilst waiting in queue for the gas - at the gas station a very nice asshat decided to cut in-front of me with his truck. I beeped the horn to say whatdafek and he pretended like he knows nothing. Meanwhile his passenger friend knew what happened based on her reaction.
What made me happy was that I held myself off from 'road raging' well not exactly road rage but causing a confrontation of which i was at the tipping point.
Managed to calm myself down whilst throwing out a few curses.

Making an ice bath for my sister. She didn’t want to share because she wanted to extend her legs and the tub is small. However, She is like an angel when she is happy and her happiness is reflected upon me.

Celebrating 11 years as a couple, and 5 year wedding anniversary, with my wife.

Getting a surprise newyears card from Lisa made me happy . Although it was delayed in the mail made it a nice surprise lol.

So this happened yesterday but my faith in humanity was restored when a group of people (staff @ an office for the govt) went out of their way to help me get some documentation that I needed to get. They totaly went above and beyond for me, a stranger to them. It made me happy and I told them how phenomenal they were.

So faith in humanity restored + 1.
