Basically, the title.

We saw some cool moves in NPOT.

But what debut of special move did you found the coolest and gave you the most Wow Factor? The one who impacted you the most while the character is using a new/debut techniuqe for the first time?

Some Candidates

1. Tezuka Using Ultimate Zone (With Matching Song of "Decide")

2. Atobe Using Infinite Evolution (With Matching Atobe theme song)

3. Volk's Infinite Tornado

4. QP's Ultimate Aura Domination

5. Romeo's 120% Hormones + Infinite Reset

6. Byoudouin's 8C + Revival (getting stronger everytime he dies)

7. Tanegashima's Hidden Void Techniques

8. Duke's Hidden Buddha Kijij

9. Oni's Demon Kijin + TNK

10. Bismarck's hidden techniques and tiebreak domination

Tokugawa's Black Hole changed how I look at npot. It's the first move that genuinely is just magic. No pretending that it's somethingskilled peoplecan do, no stretching of physics to do something theoretically possible. Not even a realistic drawback (30 minutes won't usually come up. Will absolutely be a factor against Medanore) unlike Rai or Phantom. Moves like Infinite Tornado or Tanegashima's invisiblity are similar in that there's no actual explanation.

NPOT is always about Magic.

Tezuka's Ultimate Zone is impossible irl. Tanegashima's Invisibility can only be done if you use invissible ink. Lmao. All Fuji's Counters are super impossible irl. Sanada's have Nature Elements Fire, Water, Forest, Lightning, etc.

Atobe's Rondo is theoretically possible, but it must be 100% accurate.

kintarou's Mountain Storm and Clones like Shadow Clones in Naruto.

And let's not get started with Yuki, Seda, and Romeo's Genjutsu. Lmao.

Romeo's ability to control his Hormones and Reset his stamina break the law of Biology. LMAO.

The only one Who had a realistic playstye was Shiraishi. It is just textbook tennis.

In Original PoT, even the most ludicrous shots and abilities are explained by pushing the laws of physics to a level of absurdity, but there's always an explanation.

Tezuka can control spin to an absurd degree and force the ball to himself or make a serve and drop shot with enough spin it rolls back.

All of Fuji's counters have explanations for how they work in universe even if they're impossible.

Sanada's Rai is just him pushing his body past his physical limit in short bursts. Same with Kins clones and Eiji's seal step

Shukichouou is outright teleportation but in universe it just appears that way.

Even in NPOT all moves are either self explanatory or get an explanation like the SSS or Tanegashima's Void or the full math behind Ochi's serve.

But then we get Black Hole which lets someone rip a hole in space with their racket. And all we get is that it's a technique Oni taught Tokugawa. No explanation of how he does it.

Sure, we get more bullshit moves after, but as the first really out there ability that has no in universe justification, it stands out to me the most.
