Discussion Who's to blame for Neo's Evolution

So I was wondering as to how and possibly what contributed to Neocias (Neo+Acacia) into beautiful Neocia evolution. On a side note, I'm just making up nicknames because i'm too lazy to type out both characters.

I believe it to be Sky Deer's assistance. Mainly because she used her amped up back channel on Neocia, thinking it would kill him. However, because of Neocias regenerative/ growth prowess, he came back even stronger.

Quite honestly, I'd like to make the analogy of Neocia's before and after to another popular cartoon character's change.
