While the Witch Queen has been shown quite easily controlling Asta despite his anti-magic, that was a unique case. Here the Queen won't be able to easily transfuse Asta with her blood, so there's less chance of her being able to control him. And without that, Asta can endure whatever she throws at him and take her down.

The Asta we know right now is able to take down the Witch Queen for sure, the last time he met her he couldn't even control his Black Form properly. This time around he has another Blade, proper control and immense strength. A full power Black Meteor or a Black Divider should finish the job nice and easy.

I think the Witch Queen is fairly stronger than Asta, potentially Magic Emporer level, but she doesn't really have a lot of feats.

Her magic ran through the entirety of the Witch Forest like Loro's and the fact that she could control Asta in his Black form is still rather impressive.

I think she could potentially do the same thing Loro did when she overwhelmed him during their initial meeting.
