Once the nomination phase is over and the polls are made, the voting phase begins. Please bear in mind that once you have voted, the count will be final. Therefore, please do think carefully before casting your votes. You may like to discuss ideas and opinion with other participants before voting. Think and choose wisely will be the key.

Voting round spans from 4th December to 10th December 2016.

What was his name again... Morgan, Helmeppo's father.

Last one... I have no idea. I could just put someone who left his kid behind, like Monkey D Dragon, Nico Olvia and Yasopp. But i like them and they are not bad persons by any means. So i won't nominate them.

Guys you're not thinking far enough and I'm afraid we'll forget some real scumbag parents.

I nominate Chopper's parents; for not standing by him when the herd ostracised him. So instead he grew up with nowhere to fit in, cast out by his own and rejected by humans for being a monster.

Vinsmoke Judge for being one of the worst possible parents; raising your children as scientific projects and discarding them as failed experiments.

Monkey D. Dragon; how hard is it to pick up a den den mushi and call your son?! He's the true definition of "hitting then quitting". Thankfully Luffy had Garp and Dadan to raise him.

Easy.

1) Nico Olvia:
Work first, kids whatever. Robin with her aunt just like your typical Harry Potter, but instead to just protect her, she went out for research knowing beforehand who were the ones blocking the history.

2) Yasopp:
The same with the former, Usopp's mom dying and his son hated by the entire Syrup Village. Him, laughing and drinking at the party in Shanks' ship.

3) Donquixote Homing:
Oh dude, in what world you just thought you were living... killed his family leaving a demon alive for... adventure? If that's the case, raise your kids and then depart alone.

Vinsmoke Judge, Big Mom and Morgan are by far my best choices. Who to chose between those 3 though...
I'll go for Judge.

I don't think Judge is the worst parent of One Piece, i mean he doesn't look that bad here:

He just expects the best from his children, taught to be a bastard surely for his father, repeating his growth.

My vote goes for Homing. Just remembering her spouse and everything done for Doflamingo, is in the least, excusable.

Ayy, some of these choices are...weird.

I vote Big Mom. She's the only parent on the list who admitted to actually wanting to kill one of her children. The other bad parents are different forms of neglectful/abusive, but not to that extent.
