Summary and Preview

Tsugumi goes to visit her grandmother in the country during her vacation, and then stays on after her grandmother's hospitalization and death. Her remaining family is surprised when she voices her intention of staying there indefinitely. Soon she finds that she will not be alone. Kaieda Jun, a cigarette-smoking professor of philosophy, shows up at her grandmother's house bearing a key that she had entrusted to him. Tsugumi doesn't know him, but he claims some kind of relationship with her grandmother. Jun thus joins the pattern of Tsugumi's life in her grandmother's house... [tethysdust]
