as a curious fact for you turtles, dowon's nickname "don't forget me", is the name of a flower, and the attacks that luslec uses in this chapter, are names of flowers or plants of the same species as the flowers that dowon uses.
The percentage does not refer to the level of power Urek used. It refer to SHINSU BOOST!
Urek does not reduce his power level like he did against Karaka/Hell Joe.
The poll is misleading, please change it to Shinsu Boost.
Hangul: 신수 강화 10%
Direct Translation:
신수 = shinsoo
강화 = enforce
Official Terminology:
신수 강화 is used for the skill Miseng utilized against the purple eye brothers. It was officially translated as "Shinsu Boost".
Cosmicscans translate it properly as Shinsu Boost:
It was only after Zahard became king that they learned that the mirror had unintentionally created a new world which was then named as hidden floor. By that time, they no longer able to return to Hell Train. See Season 2 Episode 264 for details.
The Workshop is like a Black Box SIU uses to explain things that can't be done with Shinsu, with logic or any other kinds of mystical powers. Case in point Urek needed to separate HJ from the red Thryssa and give it to Bam.
Well you know SIU had just the thing. The workshop somehow already had just the right drug for the job, (prepared and waiting), one that can separate admiistrators from humans and fits the need perfectly. LOL!
Urek is such a buffoon. If he truly wants to get out of the tower, why not make Zahard open it up and finish the climb and see what happens! Wandering around being a clown has not worked LOL!!!
Well since your so slow bro and you prob just read tog Zahard doesn't know how to open the tower so how tf can Urek make zahard open the tower and Zahard is inactive (nowhere to be found). you asking slow questions if you applied common sense you can answer your own questions lmao who's mans is this!?

Lmao seems like you’re the slow one!!! Zaharad closed the tower at floor 144 preventing anyone from climbing. And yea he does have a way to open it back up the the 13 month weapons and Karaka and Wangnang’s ring! Maybe pay attention better LOL
For the pool I would answer 30-45% if it's about pure power lvl and 100% includes Urek strongest skill/attack (ala Jinsung dragon tiger gate).
If it's just about the shinsu boost % he would apply and beat him with a simple kick/low tier technique (so not lethal move or transcendental skill) i would say 60-75%.
The most likely is that zahard can't open the door even if urek defeats him and makes him punch himself. At least multiple of the 13 month series are missing and as far as we have been told wangnan's ring is also a part of the key to the tower. There's could be multiple other rings as well. The plot here is that zahard closed the door and threw away the key.
If I had to predict things I'd say that Luslec is going to get completely serious and use the hook which will push urek to use 30-45% of his power. Luslec will lament that this is as far as he can go but Urek will rebutt him and praise that he can make him fight this hard.
He will mention his fight with Arie Hon and probably say he made him fight at like 70-80%. This fits with the notion that Arie Hon and Urek fought evenly but he later said Urek was much better, a hint that Urek was hiding more power. Urek could even make a statement about why he thought it was ridiculous for the family leaders to look down on everyone else in the Tower when there are people like Luslec and Baek Ryun that show their potential.
Poll=> I'm possible to evaluate, we don't know if Luslec's skills/spells he used in this exchange are low/med/high tier in his arsenal. Urek so far used only 25% of shinsu reinforcement and basic movement (kicks), we have seen nothing of what Urek is capable to do. Luslec doesn't fear dying against Urek, I wonder if he has a mean to escape whenever he wants, or he was just amusing himself by trying to fight a FH level opponent.
Funny thing, shinwonryu is capable of dispelling spells, and Urek has his way to "blow" the spells.
anyone else think this chapter is just action filler. and was just power scaling for the sake of showing the difference between luslec and urek. like this fight had negative stakes, i feel like more chapters like 597 are needed because i literally felt nothing from this chapter, this is a chapter where i saw the raw and literally got the 90% of the gist of what the chapter was about. urek legit might have the biggest chuuni/xianxia young master syndrome ever like" hmph not bad you withstood 10% of my strength how about 25%" like what was this chapter, like i ve never thought there were particularly bad chapters in tog but this one might actually be like 2/10 for me holy hell i might need to stock pile like 25 chapters and comeback when the anime comes out
No idea whatsoever of how much power urek needs for this one. For the time being it would appear 25% gave him somewhat of an edge though it's impossible to know if luslec is already at 100% or what other BS he can pull out.
I like Luslec too, but considering his ranking and that he's tower born, no way I think Urek needs to go beyond 25 to beat him. Else then Urek's ranking won't make sense.

It looks like a normal fighting chapter to me. Urek and Luslec are kinda forced to clash since they have different plans or ideas for what Baam should do, and since a Tower wide war is about to break out, it was only a matter of time before Urek came looking for Luslec to lay down his plans for Baam. In the next few chapters i expect to learn what Luslec actually wants from Baam, and why.
Why doesn't Urek go all out ? He wants to stop Luslec without triggering the chain of events his eventual death or defeat would imply. It's not just him stalling.
Luslec on the other hand, would solve a lot of issues by simply eliminating Urek from the equation in the war, and since their positions aren't really conciliable he opted to use force.

and thats my thing, this is a zero sum fight, like i wonder how transportation and warping works in the tower because urek could just make his ship warp to wherever while protecting it and then he himself could just use spatial distortion to go wherever unless its something that can be interrupted. also i understand not wanting to kill but not wanting to defeat/subdue him is altogether different. luslec goal is to waste time/stall urek. logically it makes no sense for urek to be gradually trying to hold himself back to such an extent unless 1) his narcissistic personality trumps logic or 2) that just how his powers work (ala mob psycho where he has to build up strength) because we really dont know what his specialty is except for pure hands. i am leaning towards the first option. its just my opinion i just felt that this was an overall meh plot stalling chapter

I think there will be some other justification Luslec will give. For sure he doesn't honestly believe he can stop Urek, he's buying time for something else to happen.

It's just the beginning of the fight(I wasn't expecting one TBH). I am happy to see the abilities of one of the strongest Towerborns and curious to see how far he can push one of the strongest Irregulars. Not every chapter is going to have info dumps and more about the lore.

Not sure how he threw the key away when it was turned into 13 month weapons and 2 rings. There are only 2 rings lol. Wangnang was told to find the other with the same exact ring, not otherS lol!!!

Half the 13 month series are missing as far as the empire is concerned. 3 which were missing in the lore along with the two which garam has. Add another one which is currently inside bam. The series has by no means confirmed there are only two rings or that there are more.

for me its just personal preference like their are so many moving part happening right now if executed properly great but if not it could lead to the story taking a huge hit.
right now we have team bam, 2 families, 2 revolution factions within said family ala bellirir and kirin, whatever robadon and his family is doing, fug, emily acting up, rachel doing stuff at the tree, cryptic messages by an AI, gustangs memories coming into play, and now urek/wolhaiksong all converging to a set location. like if it ends up being some nebulous incomplete arc like a bunch of earlier season 3 arcs i can see another wave of fan hate again. imo SIUs best work was when he kept the arc contained and objective focused, like Name hunt station and floor of death(which are my two favorite so it might be personal bias)

"missing" might be a stretch, with how manipulative jahad was to have such a ridiculous failsafe in the hidden hidden floor, i feel like he would have no issue tracking those things down, he either doesnt want to yet or he knows they will eventually converge to him.
