Rugby Rumble being with Underworld hurts my soul. Kinzan deserves better. Tsubame should do well since its by a semi-popular Jump mangaka. Still hope we see a good run for it, I'm really liking it so far.

As someone who knows next to nothing about Japanese history, I was surprised at how funny, heartwarming and touching this ended up being. What I'm not surprised about is this series failing to find an audience, given the topic. I have to imagine this was planned to be a short series from the start, because I doubt anyone had any ambitions (read: delusions) about it becoming a hit or anything.
