This scan is actually a week late, the chapter came out last week (Issue 8), but Chapter 4 isn't scheduled until Issue 10 anyway, so... cheers.

you're wrong, kforblack... this week there is a chapter, or that says the official big comic spirits page. the issue 9 is out (it was released two days ago, monday 29th) and as you can read in the features, 21st century boys is there. here's the link to the official site:

Yikes, in that case someone at Shogakukan probably got in trouble, because the end of this chapter said it would be skipping Issue 9. That'll cost them a few sales from people expecting to skip the next issue, and then complaints about how they missed out on a chapter because of it.

but in tokyo you can buy comic magazines everywhere, so it's easy to check them. in fact, when i was there, everybody was reading magazines at shops, so if it's out, we'll have it soon (i hope). somebody will just see it.

yeah, but if they aren't expecting it, it sells out and then they go and try to get the next weeks issue only seeing it's not there, then there will be a lot of angry customers is what kforblack was getting at ^^;

As for incidents, if there are any, the person/people responsible will be banned and future releases of theirs not allowed, we take respect like that very seriously^^;

wow..it's good to know that 20CB is going to end.
I read till vol 10...and get tired.bcoz the story is getting longer and longer.
Glad that it finally ends. :D

I'm at vol 11 and I'm not bored at all. :-) But I agree that it is time to end the series. Hate those stories that go on an on for years. Anyways, I have a question. The three new chapters..here they are called 20th Century Boys but on kforblack's script page they are under 21 Century Guys. So are they part of volume 22 or did they start volume 23 which will be the final one. I'm just so confused.
