God Serena is actually very impressive. I still think he's above Jellal and Laxus, even if only by a tad bit. Plus, he has 8 Dragon slaying lacrimas, which make him a versatile and dangerous threat.
Having said all that, he is nowhere near August. August takes this low difficulty. I don't think it will be an immediate stomp, but August will win this without any damage taken.
