Unfortunately I can't bring anything new to the table here since i'm supporting the nominations of

• Re: Zero is adapted from a hard-to-access Light Novel and Web Novel, so it was a risky gamble adapting it, but they pulled it off masterfully, not to mention the fact that it's a fantastic story.
• BnHA is so faithful to the source material and its animation and OST is on point. As a whole it's up there with SnK as far as anime adaptions go.

Have not read anything other than My Hero Academia, so i will go with that. I have heard things like Re: Zero were adapted well but i have never read the light novels.

I'll nominate Akagami no Shirayuki-hime S2. It's a slow series (manga), and the anime did well to keep this leisurely pace while also moving it along well. That statement sounds contradictory but that's how I explain the adaptation Also I think it's well animated, voiced and scored; it fits how you feel reading the manga.
