wow this is a difficult one... can't say I've read the parts that were animated with Jojo and Mob Psycho. I heard they're good adaptation's and they're good anime too, but Haikyuu is the only one I can judge personally in that regard. Season 3 was awesome and really well-adapted, so that's where my vote will go.

I don't read Haikyuu but I don't need to to know that they were faithful. I read JoJo but the production values are much better in Haikyuu, I prefer Haikyuu's OST as well. So, Haikyuu.

I like BNHA manga more but as adaptation, SnB was better IMO.
