Luckily Mama has two particular siblings of my like, before her, it would've been difficult to choose.

1) Sir Crocodile (former Shichibukai):

The gangster for excellence, truly has an unique stamp for the clothes wearing him.

2) Charlotte Praline:

I find her intense, the design of a hammer shark over her human form it's almost perfect!

3) 'Sweet Commander' Charlotte Cracker (Minister of Biscuits):

Awesome character and design, your typical punk working for a greater organization, it looks terrific.

Wow, people seem to like the recent character designs.. I actually think this arc's characters have the worst character designs (both Germa and Big Mom's crew, save Linlin herself), tied with Hody's crew. To each his own.

Mihawk gets plenty of love already, I see.
Then I nominate Sabo, Shanks and Fujitora.

This category is so stacked. We all know Oda is a genius in story telling, but he's even a god when it comes to character design. I'm way too spoilt for choice and my nominations would probably be different depending on the day, but as for now, they gotta be:

Smoothie: I think she's the most warrior type lady we've seen in One Piece so far and I like it.

Law: When he walk on by, girls be looking like damn he fly. He pimps to the beat, walking on the street in his new lafreak. That's how he rolls, animals print, pants outta control.

Zoro: The samurai get-up is pretty damn cool.

Franky deserves an honorable mention for his Terminator x King Kong battle form he's got going.

The recent arc has some great new designs all around, so I'll nominate
Big Mom(making an old woman terrifying in so many different ways),
Bobbin(there's just something about him that I like, hard to put the finger on it) and
Smoothie(looks like quite the Xena-warrior actually).

Honestly? There are way too many good examples of this. I'll choose some underrated stand outs though.

I nominate:

Charlotte Praline- For a bit character, she has a very unique look that stands out even in this series. From her hair, to her freckles, to her attire. It all comes together nicely.
Laffitte- Simple, yet strong. His pale skin and angular features mixed with his simple clothes has him stand out nicely.
Gender Swapped Apoo- Probably be my number 1 pick if we had a full design of her, but even by her facial features alone, she is a stand out character.

Argh this is going to be hard but let's try to narrow it down.

Enel is definitely a favourite of mine, a mixture of retro and luxury with all the golds, but of course one of the features that sets him apart is the tomoe drums on his back where his wings should be.

Charlotte Smoothie's design I found really interesting out of the recent characters that were introduced; it oddly reminds me of Laputa Castle in the Sky. Can't wait to see her design from different angles.

Rob Lucci gets my finaly nomination; especially pre-timeskip Lucci. He had such excellent taste in clothing for a murdering psycopath:

actually it's tough decision.

1. Mihawk. cool looking guy and best swordsman until now. I like his sword and his costum.
2. Killer. I like his mask and long hair. and he's looks smart too.
3. Rob Lucci. one of my fav villain. that's it.

A lot of good choices to chose from, but i think i'll go for Smoker.
I like his design a lot, especially when he fights with his devil fruit.

He's got a hook, cigar, and is slick gangster. So he gets this vote slightly above Mihawk and Zoro.
