I nominate Berserk for best fantasy.

Berserk had start like a dark fantasy but with forming of band around Guts and Griffith's recent deed the whole series became more like a heroic fantasy. Berserk is not what it used to be (which makes me sad) but its still one of the best fantasy stories around.

Going to definitely support Berserk here. It was a superb fantasy before the Hawk of the Millennium Empire arc began, but after that the degree of fantasy rose up to incredible levels. Simply masterful.

I nominate Choujin Gakuen, the funkiest, strangest, most off beat supernatural/fantasy manga I've come across in ages. Imagine if Tezuka wrote Soul Eater, that is Choujin Gakuen.
