His candy game performance was impressive too, to be honest The category isn't only about the very first game anyway, you can consider the subsequent few as well.

As well as @Belserion, whom I remember seeing as the proudest and scariest townie during her whole initial town streak, and @Crescent Jinx for starting her first game as Doctor and preventing a kill on N1 (on Zasz of all people '3' )

Elu, Arjuna, Gryff and Empty all made it pretty far in the Umi game Kik1 was also newish but got host killed I believe. Nii was a returning player - kinda the Sakura/Scav-type player in that game - but he got murdered on the Orient Express. Hmm, I think Lamb was pretty strong his first few games? Wasn't that game we were mafia like your first or second game? If so that's worthy of nomination too

He did play soccer in other countries so he wasn't a complete noob but I guess the rules can be different between countries
