I nominate Elder Kwon Jae-Kyu.
He's the reason why there is a word badass.

The first name that comes to my mind is Frankenstein from Noblesse. He is such a great character and complements Raizel quite magnificently. His character has made impact on the series and on Raizel as well.

My second pick would be Kwon from The Breaker.
