I think I will nominate Zeref Dragneel from Fairy Tail. He is also a villain of so many arcs.

Next is Aizen Sosuke from Bleach, one of the true villains who catches readers' feet.

Can Ill Ilah be considered as a villain? He is merged with Solomon's father, David and Sinbad is their reincarnation in the current world.

In Magnostadt Arc, Ill Illah was summoned by the Al-Thamen and appeared through the Black Spot to battle with Titus, or the Medium.

I guess whether he is good or bad would depend on the being he resides in since it is an omnipotent beings without a will of his own.

I guess it is still considered as a villain as the "evil one" is using it for evil doings.

Pariston will not be eligible since he appeared in the 13th Hunter Chairman Election arc in 2012.

As for me, I'm removing Aizen from Bleach since he is not eligible as well. (My bad... gomen... )

Sorry dear, Pariston appeared in all Dark continent arc. (not only he appeared but he's a central character) from may 2014 to end of August 2014 so he s more than eligible according to the rules.

Actually i never see he as a villian, for me he just being a dick, and as gin rival, he never really do bad think. But what ever if admin admit. Btw can i ask what the most evil he do?

I take it as he is as I believe there must be a reason for it. Actually I'd like to know why he is considered as a villain.

@Erinyes, would you care to explain please?

Pariston might not be considered a villain in the strictest sense of the term, but he is an antagonist so he can be allowed IMO. He was one of the main antagonists in the Election arc for example and right now the side with two of the ain protagonists are against him.

I guess the term antagonist might be a better word for this.
