The royal capital is crumbling, as Lucius’s legless angels are destroyed and there’s a bunch of Lucius clones around.

The useless King is screaming “what’s wrooong!!!?? The castle!!!!!” [the castle is collapsing too]. “Protect my lifee"

Asta: the amazing guys from the Hino country told me… that Lucius is trying to realise his ideals by performing an immensely powerful magic spell high above in the sky!!!

A tree appears in the sky…

Clover Kingdom citizens: is this the end of the world…!! Meanwhile, Rill just wants to paint it. William says no matter what, he’ll protect this country, and Charlotte says she can’t die yet.

Asta and Yuno trying to find the real Lucius amidst the clones. Flashback to Ryu: There are two people seen by Lucius as a potential threat, who could defeat him: Asta and Yuno.

Lucius mocks Asta & Yuno for not being able to get through the wall of clones, however the Black Bulls are on their way. Henry says “Asta always ends up going ahead, doesn’t he…”

The Black Bull comes to the aid of the Magic Knights

Ichika ends up near Yami, and Nacht ends up facing Morgen.

Yeah… not impressed with this chapter neither. SMH. For this manga to be quarterly, you would think they would add a bit more quality. Mereo basically reviving her dead team mates is a why? Like… this couldn’t have just been a fight with morris alone? Fuego once again shows up with NO spirit dive. It’s as if they forgot it.

Mereoleona is my all time fav female character… however this chapter did exactly what we thought was gonna be. The creativity just seems to be lacking.

3/10 no creativity.

I remember when I thought Morris would be this series main antagonist.

Like the previous one, it is a somewhat wasted chapter, given that little or nothing happens.

More than anything, he died without us even knowing the name of his demon.

I remember when I thought Morris would be this series main antagonist.

Something that could have already been said to be dead at the time of the Spade arc.

I would think with the time between chapters, the plot would move faster or we at least get a bit more meat to chew on... Really feels like Lucius has downgraded as a threat if he feels the need to hide behind clones. That said, bunny suits always a plus!

This fight actually looks cool, if only we could have gotten more in it. Their opposition probably would have worked better had Morris and Mereoleona had more interactions, and/or we knew about their histories before it being dropped this chapter.
