I'd like some clarification on some of the match-ups is this Vetto before or after the opening of his third eye, is Paltry/Rhya fully reincarnated, and are Charlotte/Rill human or elf?

Vetto would probably be outmatched, but he would be a better match for Mereroleona than Rhya was.
This would be a fun fight. I'd give it to Paltry ever so slightly, if only because his mana has been noted to be exceptionally large.

Yami should probably be able to take it. His magic should be able to counter Luck's speed.
This is a hard one. I'm thinking Rill has more raw power, but Charlotte has shown more finesse. I'd probably give it to her for now.

Mereolena vs Vetto = Mereolena wrecks no question
Mereleona with slight difficulty she just has to use mana zone like she did back during the base raid this is likely to much for Ladros to absorb at one time leading to her victory.

This is a pretty good one. Ladros is pretty damn strong, but I wonder if he has a lack of battle experience. I think he really could've won against Black Asta's new form if he fought smarter and wasn't cocky. Yami can probably take it, but Ladros might be trouble for him.
Leaning towards Dorothy, only because her abilities puts them on "her own turf" so to speak. On even footing, Rill's imagination for his art would be a great match up against Dorothy's dream magic.
Luck. His sensory abilities would probably allow him to overwhelm her easily.
Leo. Magna is skilled, but I think Leo should be a bit stronger than him.
Leaning towards Charlotte but, like Yami vs. Ladros, it has potential to be close. I think the 8 Shining Generals need more feats period since, on paper, they should be comparable to Captains. If those two are the weakest though, the remaining 6 may be quite impressive.
Gordon should hold the elemental advantage. En also lacks general combat feats.
This is a genuinely hard match up. These two are highly intelligent fighters who tend to fight from a range and use trickery to gain the advantage. It'd definitely be close no matter who wins.
