One of Kaido's division commanders are going to show up at Dressrosa.

Luffy may also be able to eat two Devil Fruits... although I'm wishing that Sabo keeps Ace's logia.

The seventh shishibukai is Marco 1st commander of whitebeard pirates and he will make an appearance in the end of this arc (became a shsishibukai so his nakama will not be chased by the marines and can stop being pirates)

The Strawhats will be helped by a another toy who will claim it was defeated in the first round against Burgess, it will know them personally and help them out. We won't see who it is until Usopp is done and it will cut away until the end of the arc.

When Oda bring attention to it again it will turn out to be Ghin from the Don Kreig Pirates.

we already know who the 7th Shichi is. The pirate that was imprisoned in impel down and got free during Luffy's jailbreak and cut Admiral Z's arm off.

There will be a Vegapunk arc that centers around bringing Kuma's consciousness back. When they succeed, Kuma will join the Straw Hats.

Crazy theory: The inhabitants of the ancient kingdom were from another planet, and so are the D.'s. That's why all the D's can eat more than one Devil fruit, because their bodies are atypical if you compare them to ordinary humans. (that last bit is purely PURELY a random theory, since I still have my doubts on how Blackbeard can wield two fruits at once).
