Blambot Casual and Segoe Print have them.

If you get the program FontCreator, you can take the accent parts from one of those fonts and add them to another font that you'd rather use.

Oh sorry, your message was in the pending queue for a while for some reason. Anyways, the font is Komika Axis, though it's used there with smaller width and larger line spacing. And it's a free font: http://www.dafont.com/komika-axis.font

Hello can someone reccomend an easy to read cursive/not normal narration font. I was looking at Amienne but it tends to look weird on black backgrounds with white text (there are quite alot of these). I also tried clairvoyant (looks strange). No normal fonts like felt, chinacat, animeace, wildwords, or any similar fonts to these (prefer upper and lower case).

If it's from a Edited Manga, you could ask the Edited Manga group nicely and they'll probably answer.

It's Franchise with 150% height - http://www.dafont.com/franchise.font - because I felt like randomly being nice. Though, find your own fonts in future, there are plenty similar looking one's that you could use and be... original! Copying us won't do you any good. >.>

Anyway, I do not know this particular set of fonts, but they are most likely commercial fonts.
