Because her future feats and statements directly disprove her statement here. She said she could defeat Dogramag had she not been hurt while Dogramag was stomping Natsu & Suzaku, when she fought equally to Ignia, etc.

If she fought equally to Ignia in their Dragon Forms it is highly likely they are equals in Human Forms as well, not to mention she directly scales to the other DG's, especially when she's at full power, and proves that she scales to Ignia.

How anyone is acting like Suzaku's feats weren't apart of Selene's ruse is beyond me. Like we legit have her going toe to toe with Ignia who fodder both Suzaku and Natsu in one hit in human form, and Dog, the canonically weakest DG, dogging Suzaku and Natsu in human form while actively getting nerfed. This is on top of the fact that Selene is a known liar who butters up her allies to do her bidding. I don't know how anyone thinks the BDSK are anything but FT High tier level after they were washed by people who are fodder to Human DGs.
