kagura have better feats than jura, in nearly everything. she can causally dash out move equivalent to jupiter cannon (something that can kill pre ts laxus), move faster than markarov can barely follow, and can tank moves which shocked jura with its power.

I normally divide bad guys in three/four categories of power
fodder tier-lucy and wendy fights them
mid tier - natsu, gray fights them
high tier - erza fights them
boss tier - natsu final fight

i rank lyon in mid tier, kagura in high tier. and jura in boss tier.
like
i rank serena in mid tier, lacarde (maybe) in high tier (i think springgan didnt have a high tier), and August/Irene in boss tier.

zero - boss tier


i normally use statements and portrayal. not feats, because feats are perceived by readers in which ever way they want.
since that is the only way to compare bad guys with each other. statement (for midnight, jura, or August/Irene) by their own team members.
and gap should be about same in all arcs
if people try to reduce gap between say serena and irene, yet somehow thinks jura stomps kagura. one can easily see bais

Jura oneshotted Orga, who has the best attack power in Sabertooth. Kagura stalemates Minerva.

And erza put phantom s class equal fairy tail s class and markarov put ajeel above team natsu

Jura himself said he didnt anyone was strong enough to produce that God destruction spell kagura. Ogra was told to stay clear of kagura

Erza never said they were equal in strength. She just said that the element 4 were Phantom's equivalent of S-Class. Gajeel was stated by Jose to be the steongest in Phantom. He's not in Phantom Lord, and thought Laxus would have stomped Saber if he participated.

No, it doesn't. Minerva wasnt even the strongest of Sabertooth during the GMG. Sting was. The guild card was released as a chapter cover well after the GMG arc concluded.

Erza never said Phantom Lord's element 4 were as strong as S-Class of Fairy Tail. You made that up.

Mirajane has known Erza for years, and Erza's strength hasnt changed that much from the beginning of the series to GMG. She saw what Jura could do against Jellal and the MPF. Makarov has no clue how strong everyone got during the timeskip.

Sting blasted a hole in Jiemma, and Jiemma literally bullied Minerva into joining Tartaros after GMG. After both got power ups by turning into demons, Mard called Minerva trash and considered Jiemma to be far stronger than any of the 9 demon gates. Mard was gonna kill Minerva, and Sting saved her. Mard couldnt oneshot Sting. Demon Jiemma couldnt oneshot Sting. Sting was flat out stronger than Minerva during Tartaros, and this was after Minerva receieved a power-up from being turned into a demon. Sting is also currently just flat out stronger than Kagura. He shrugged off the karate chop from Larcade that oneshotted Kagura. Larcade also couldnt block Sting's hand to hand with just 2 fingers.

Suzaku carried Natsu against Dogramag. Selene flat out says he's stronger than her human form. Suzaku was never stated to be weaker than Kirin.

Btw, Baccus was on Erza's level prior to the timeskip. Cobra would have beaten Erza during Key of a Starry Night arc if not for Kinana's voice. This is the tier Kagura and Minerva belong to. It's nowhere near Jura's level. Erza only reached Laxus/Jura level when she doubled her MP reserves with second origin.

this is because Sting received the PoF after Lector’s supposed death, even Natsu said when he fought him and Rogue that they were not at their best back then, though they did not know it then.

Sting surpassed Jiemma (regular, not demon), and therefore both Minerva and Orga, when he tapped into power of emotion. Rogue and Minerva both talked about this. People just assumed this was Minerva lying to manipulate him.

While I don't see it being a stomp without PIS, I do think it would be a win in Jura favor. I mean Kagura sword has high destructive power which should be enough to destroy Jura earth attacks. She also seems durable enough to withstand a lot of his attacks. Mind you this solely going off feats and not hype. While Jura had the hype during the GMG, The girls had the better performance of feats in my opinion.
