Well the theory is that since Ootori developed Neo Scud, Scud Server should be no problem now. However if that's not the case, he's in trouble. Neo Scud was ruining his arm in a double games where he only serves half the time he would serve in singles.

Nope because even in the tiebreak the marijuana induced GP couldn't return the Scud Serve.

It's doubles though, at most he only serves 3 times.
