I voted for Gildarts, God Serena, Gray and Laxus. These four are definitely overblown when their feats are discussed, for example the big bolt of lightning Laxus used at the start of the Alvarez arc is overblown imo. Each of these characters get overblown a fair bit, even more so in recent times imo.
