Excepted they are not temporary at all and both characters are more than 1000 years old. Dr Stone doesn't have unlimited Lolis. Or are you are talking about the countless young girls petrified forever, mere statues?

It doesn't matter their true form is eternal. Petrified people can be healed but Lolis will stop being Lolis one day since they will grow older .
