Yeah, your D2 is pretty strong. I think that has to do a lot with Mizuki too. I think if he predicts one opponent for Doubles, that gives your team a +4 boost to their total, since each gets +1 Mental, which counts again for their Support Bonus.

Yeah, my doubles records isn't great. 50% of my wins resulted because of Kadowaki. :gwah

Idk but maybe I should have drafted differently to have a more balanced team. Byodoin and Ryoga have been carrying their crew so much.

If you and me meet in the finals - how about that brother rematch? Ryoma vs Ryoga for the championship.
Yeah, Mizuki is pretty strong, won't lie. I feel he's definetly getting nerfed in the future.

Wow Kadowaki is basically Byoudouin and Ryoga tier in the fan league then.

Uhm, sure, sounds good. Have in mind that Ryoma has a hidden passive that makes him win no matter what in a final... I hope.

I don't think I'll be sleeping tonight '-'
So by extension that means you won't sleep for a whole week and then on the last day will have become completely paranoid and change your line-up at the last second.

You never know, he might.

Basically, yeah. Although, I won't change anything, I'm committed to my line-up.

But maaaaaaybe if we all send our line-ups early -COUGH Letal- someone could calculate the matches early as well, wink wink.

Come on Kaoz I have a "wife and 3 kids", they need me rested :emocat

Just look how cute they are

@Hardy Well, the picture could have been very useful with me but I don't think he's really sensitive to that :oh

But you're right, they're so cute :wtf

My sources tell me that Hardy's cats are named Precision, German, and Engineering.

They serve as advisors to their coach and are often seen with Karupin at team practices.

Their names are Lans, Eris and Shin but close enough, Sea '-'

I was thinking, do any of you have characters that feel like "your own"? Eg: in these last 2 Fan Leagues I ended up having both QP and Hakamada, which I think is no coincidence; I also usually try to get Shiraishi, Mouri, Sengoku and Kirihara -although I'm never a fan of the latter in the game.

What about characters that didn't call your attention in the story until you used them in here? Because I don't recall caring about Mouri at all until I used him in my first Fan League -Mouri/Shiraishi Pair ftw, if Shiraishi gets Kirihara's haircut it will be the return of the Curly Hair Alliance.

I've only played twice but I'd say Valentine and Obando, my cute and strong little pair. (that I couldn't get this time) Actually, I still feel upset because the former one was not in my team. :bored

I'm going to answer exactly the same ! I didn't care about Mouri (I just picked him to stop LetalHawk to get a very strong pair with Ochi /cough/) until a double and a single with him, which I won pretty easily thanks to him. I completely underestimated him, though he was part of my team. Shame on me.

Oh yeah I recall you had that pair, they did quite well for you in that fan league. I've said it before, Kiko is the cutest girl in PoT '-'

Mouri kicked my ass when I played you. I really like him, and he's usually very useful in the fan league -hope he plays against the Swiss so he can be even MORE useful tho, lol.

No one really comes to mind for me. I try to use different characters most of the time (with characters counting as "different" if their moveset changes) and when I don't it's because that character is a good fit for my overall strategy.

What about characters that didn't call your attention in the story until you used them in here?
Again, no one really I think; I'm interested in most characters as it is.

Is being lame a mandatory part of being German '-' ? There's absolutely no character that you became more fond of thanks to the Fan League?

I did notice you tend to rotate your teams a lot, and always still manage to get a great team, says a lot of good things about the balance in the game.

I can't think of anyone at least. If I had to throw out a name, maybe Camus? But I feel that doesn't really count because (1) I haven't actually used him, and (2) we don't know what he's really like in the manga. Don't get me wrong, there were certainly characters that I liked using, but it didn't change my opinion of the characters themselves.

Hmm, I can't really think of anyone really. I haven't drafted a character twice in the past few fan leagues. Going from a RP perspective though, I really do like my team's structure from this league. I'd say Mitsuya and probably Hakamada have stood out though this season, since I went through the 11-20 matches quickly while catching back up with the series.

Uhm, yeah, I think that your team perfectly fits you and your.... character '-'

But what the hell did Hakamada do to stand out? He really hasn't proven himself this season, imo. That slacker, what a weirdo.

Character? Well, we all have to play our part I guess.

I just thought Hakamada had some good matches. He had a close Singles match against Sanada, formed an interesting pair with Dorgias that you used frequently, and had one of the more intense matches against Mouri and Hara. For a character that I didn't pay much attention to, he's been doing well.

Yesterday I was playing Overwatch, some random guy named Khaoz kept smacking my team. After losing like 3 times to him, I asked "MAN WTF LET MY TEAM WIN" he replied "i won't".

If it wasn't due to the fact he used smileys, I'd had thought it was Kaoz. But yeah, felt too real :emocat

The round has ended.

Results will be posted over the next days.
--- Double Post Merged, , Original Post Date: ---
Just a heads-up, I'm hoping to be able to post both matches by Monday. Apologies for the delay.
--- Double Post Merged, ---
Once again, I'm really sorry for the delay. Something urgent has come up and as a result I might not be able to get to this until the weekend or early next week. I wish I had the time to sit down and get this done sooner, but it is how it is.

Yay ;-; I can finally sleep

Won't lie, saw the match published and thought "if I don't open the spoiler tag, I won't lose".

To the finals I go (finally btw). The story is going nicely, gotta beat final boss Sea now.
