I think so, Tezuka is a Future Wimbledon Champion. He should be stronger than Volk for Germany to be a threat next world cup.

Yes, 100%. Frankensteiner is a future Germany Star according to QP himself.
Dankmar is very easy to surpass from what weve seen. All he can do is expand and dynamax himself. Which leaves his between the legs an opening for opponent to exploitm

Bertie was really cool returning everything and being revealed as "one of the Pros in the circuit that people hate the most to play against", but throwing a set + Niou having incomplete illusions pushes him down imo.

Actually only disappointments are: Bertie and Dankmar....
Volk met expectations. He was so strong that Byodoin barely won with massive powerups and luck. After Volk was still fine and Byodoin severely injured.... If they played another set it would be 6-0 in Volk favor.
QP with UA slightly better than I expected. Overwhelmed Oni completely.
Tezuka met expectations.
Bismarck, Sieg, Frankensteiner were about as good as I expected.
