One of my friends in high school (Japanese National who moved to America because of his parent's work) had this dream of taking me with him back to Japan so I could challenge random high school Karate clubs so he could watch me decimate them for fun >.> (background...I had practiced martial arts for many years with my primary style being Choy Lee Fut, but I've also taken lessons in Hapkido, Aikido, Gojiryuu Karate, Kendo and Judo. I'm also 190cm tall and weigh about 140kg...so to the Japanese I'm a human tank)

I'm mainly referring to the Japanese name of the stone "lapis lazuli." Can just add 色 iro to the end to refer to the colour. This type of stone always reminds me of Laputa's levitation stone from Ghibli ^^ It has a lovely blue as well.

I go with a classic word to use in Shiritori game today. Some Japanese women add an honorific "お(o)" to almost everything, but おりんご is not proper. おみかん(oranges) is generally acceptable in Kansai area though.
