a manhwa and yeah it is about schoolkids who drive bikes

nah its not lame i think its awesome,i couldnt even make a super lame one...i know its hard to find,since it is not that popular,only thing that its not vinny.
also an ava was enough,but you went for the extra trouble and made a sig ,which is naisu

Let me explain , I was wandering around the Art section and saw someone post a youtube channel name based on Photoshop tips...
And I was fascinated by one video about some smoking effect..and I thought about trying it with my Frenchie face

The problem is that I can't have Photoshop and I don't have the skills to do this .

Does anyone know how to do a smoking effect on a face (or a body part) ?If yes, I will PM the sources and further explanations along with it

GIMP should be fine for that. It is free, you can have it
