Spoiler: Chapter 42 Spoiler Summary

The winner of the fifth round is Shiva on the side of the gods. Ares believes that Raiden's insistence on sumo is the cause of his defeat, but Hermes's idea is the opposite. He analyzes that if you were fighting in an all-out fighting style in the beginning, you would not have been Shiva's enemy. Sumo fought Shiva to that point ...
Raiden's companions in power decided to step on his fork and send. On the other hand, Shiva won, but lost three arms. It was the gods of India like Rudra who welcomed him. Shiva seems to have recognized the strength of human beings. The human side that has been preceded again by the stars. Gel that loses the lock and cries, and Brünhilde who cannot hide the discomfort. He decides to stay in the room once ...
For the sixth round, Zeus moves on to the next warrior. It was Shaka (Buddah) who seemed to be free as always. Shaka responded to Zeus's suggestion to appear in the sixth round ... This time it is modest because it is a moment of connection.
Shiva lost three arms but gained thin ice. Raiden also chased after God until the last minute, but couldn't take another step.
Despite the star being returned to Even, the human side was in a bit of a difficult situation. It seems that Brunhilda is upset as expected after losing three warriors and a Valkyrie. Is it possible to give a command in such a state ...?
And it looks like the gods' side is trying to fire the contestants in the sixth round. Whenever he is suspected of treason, it is a natural choice because he needs to know the truth early.

Spoiler: Chapter 43 spoiler Sumarry

Zeus goes in search of Buddha, he did not want to use it so soon but because of the accusation of treason he must.
Buddha asks Zeus if he really wants to destroy humanity to which he replies that as a god he does not want to lose.
Geir goes to the infirmary and discovers that Buddha has murdered the gods of fortune (We do not know if Bishamonten was included)
Jack the Ripper appears wrapped in bandages, Geir does not know how to approach him because he murdered his brother Hercules.
Heimdall presents Buddha as the participant of the gods but this interrupts him and reveals to us that he WILL FIGHT ON THE HUMAN SIDE.
It is not yet revealed who the human is to participate but all this indicates that he will fight for the gods.

Anyway these chapters sound super interesting. Buddha was already one of my favorite characters, but now he's even more interesting. I don't how this is gonna progress, but I feel like I'm gonna need to see more of the chapter before I can start theorizing. I'm also really happy that Jack is back, I'm hoping that the humans that win get to stay relevant to the series going forward.

I’m wondering if this will be a God v God fight or the Gods have a human representative on their side

I’m also wondering how Volund is going to work this round, or will it even be used

This is all I'm seeing. If this is true then damn. This is a twist I didn't see coming and I guess Zeus has his traitor confirmation But if Buddha did murder the gods of fortune I can see his opponent being Bishamonten, unless it has to be a god vs human battle. Seeing two gods clash would be epic.

Too bad. The slaughter of the gods of fortune would have been a great moment in the manga .

But given what happened outside and Bisha basically threatening him, it would make sense for him to be Buddha's opponent, or even Loki. But yeah a human that thinks himself a god would be the most likely, if only to even the odds.

2) Buddah will fight GOD

If 1) is true, then human needs gods help to stand a chance, and either get's volund (less likely) or gets divine power from gods themselves.
If 2) is true, its either Loki, or Odin (who is most likely last fight), or Bishamonten, or god we don't know but has a deep grudge towards Buddah

I like the first option, since it wont reduce any human combatant. I think it will be Qin Shi Huang (or maybe Rasputin) since Emperor Qi wanted to be immortal so he will do everything to achieve that, knowing Buddah betrayal will surely some god will give him a power if volund wont. Or maybe Buddah himself the who give him power, so the fight will fair

This. Right now, I can’t see the Gods choosing a human to take on Buddha. After such a betrayal, especially in the manner Buddha did so , I’d bet they’d wanna take care of this themselves. I see Bishamonten personally volunteering. Not to mention that the God’s knowledge of the human roster, besides Adam, is nonexistent so far. The only thing that gives me pause is that there would be an extra human fighter and Valkyrie . Goll wouldn’t have to participate or a fighter gets 2 valkyries?

Also a shoutout to my man, Loki, for being ahead of the game. Gods should give him the green light to do as he pleases, and he’d be their MVP .
